Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days. We dispatch our orders Monday - Friday, during business hours.
New Zealand
We have a flat rate of $15 nationwide for each completed purchase. We send our items with CourierPost and all of our parcels are tracked. We will email your tracking number to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
Items are shipped to a physical address only, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
International
Please contact us so that we can give you a custom quote for shipping. We ship internationally with New Zealand Post.
Please be aware that you are liable for any customs or import duties (ie VAT) that may be levied in your country. Please refer to your country’s custom service website for more information.
Returns
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. Please first to let me know if you have an issue, and you can return your order in its original condition to:

Please do this within 7 working days of delivery. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach me, so I suggest using a tracked/signed delivery method.
If you return an item to me that is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is my fault, I will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
Please note goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable for unless faulty.
I do my best to photograph the work so that it's an accurate representation of each piece, but ultimately, translating a three-dimensional piece of work into a 2-dimensional photograph is never going to be perfect. Please keep in mind that the image color may appear differently depending on your computer/phone screen.
Packaging
We are conscious of our environmental footprint when it comes to our packaging choices while considering making sure that your goods are securely packaged ensuring that they arrive safely. We have chosen packaging materials that are paper based and contain a recycled content of up to 100%. We avoid the use of plastic wrap where possible but do occasionally use recycled bubble wrap for sculptural pieces if deemed necessary.
Damaged During Shipping
If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact me asap and send a picture of the item and the box. I will give you a full refund or exchange on item only - shipping fees will not be refunded.
Product Care
Our ceramics are all handmade, and when treated with care these objects will last a lifetime.
Our products may use different clays, glazes and firing techniques, which all have different care requirements.
We provide detailed care instructions, specific to the item, with each order.
